Indoor/Outdoor

Indoor Environment

We have a large indoor space with lots of areas to enable the children to learn and play.  Our areas include a cosy book area, home corner, transient art exploration, large and small construction play, sand, water, dough, creative and painting, maths, writing/mark making and small world.

Outdoor Environment

Children at the setting have access to outdoor play on a daily basis.  Outdoor play allows children the opportunity to explore and investigate the outside environment and extend learning, often on a larger scale.  The outdoor environment is as equally important as the indoor environment and we provide carefully planned activities to give the children opportunities to access all areas of the curriculum.
