Admission Arrangements
Our school has a published admission number for school of 15 children per year group. Nursery has 13 morning and afternoon nursery places for 3/4 year olds and 8 morning and afternoon places for 2 year olds.
We have a strong tradition of home/school partnership. There are many opportunities for parents and carers to be involved in their child's education. Deciding which school to choose for your child is one of the most important decisions taken by a parent and we welcome visits on an individual basis to school to come and meet our staff, our wonderful children and to view the school. To arrange a school visit or enquire about places available please telephone the school office on 01925 949404.
In Year Admissions: We can advise you on which year groups have available places, and we hold our own waiting list should particular year groups be full. Local Authority in year application forms and school application forms can be obtained directly from school or via WBC. Our school office will guide you through the application process.
September Reception Class Intake: For admission annually to start school in reception class, the local authority application process opens online October each year and closes in January. Parents will be notified directly from the Local Authority of the school allocation in April prior to their child starting school in September. The school then organises an in-depth transition process so your child is fully prepared for starting school.
Nursery Intake: 3/4 Year Olds - Children can start nursery the term after their third birthday. Application forms and further details of are available via the school office. The school arrange their own admissions to nursery.
2 Year Olds - Children can start nursery the term after their second birthday. Application forms and further details of are available via the school office. The school arrange their own admissions to nursery. Session planning takes place prior to allocating nursery places and sessions and start dates are agreed. We aim to be as flexible as possible to meet each parents needs.

Pupil Premium Information
Pupil Premium was introduced in April 2011 and is allocated to schools in addition to their main budgets to support schools across the country in reducing the attainment gap that currently exists between disadvantaged pupils and their peers. The pupil premium grant is paid to each school by a specific grant based on the school census figures for pupils registered as eligible for free school meals (FSM) in Reception to Year 11. Schools receive funding for pupils who have been registered for free school meals at any point in the last six years, children who have been in care continuously for more than six months and children of service personnel (this service premium is designed to address the emotional and social well-being of service personnel pupils).
PE & Sport Funding Information
Our school receives Physical Education support premium funding. How this is spent and relevant information is detailed in the documents below. Last year's allocation made a positive difference to the attainment of all pupils as evidenced by them meeting or exceeding age related expectations (ARE) and their enjoyment and enthusiasm for lessons and physical activity opportunities. The active lunchtime games are very popular. Lunchtime and Teaching Staff are gaining expertise and confidence from working alongside our PE and Sports Coach.
